A: There is no charge for a terminated file. If you’re on a monthly
plan, that file slot stays open and can be reused during the same
billing period.
Q: What happens if I go over my allotted contracts in a monthly plan?
A: Any additional files beyond your plan’s limit will be billed at your
standard per-file rate. We will always let you know before adding extra
files, so there are no surprises.
Q: How do I submit a file to you?
A: You can submit new transactions through email, a shared intake
form, or your preferred platform. Once submitted, We will confirm within
24 hours.
Q: Do you work nights or weekends?
A: Standard Business hours |9am-5pm. While we stick to core office hours for deep-work compliance, we know this industry doesn't stop. We monitor for urgent, time-sensitive needs outside these hours to ensure your deal never stalls. Saturdays are our dedicated "recharge" day, urgent items can be handled with a heads-up!
Q: Can I white-label your services?
A: Yes. we can act as an extension of your brand, using your email
